W ramach tego projektu przeprowadziłem badanie statystyczne linii produkcyjnej. Badanie to polegało na sporządzeniu histogramów, kart kontrolnych oraz obliczeniu wskaźników zdolności procesowej. Wyniki wskazują, że proces produkcyjny nie jest opanowany i podlega wpływowi wielu możliwych do zidentyfikowania przyczyn. Należy wdrożyć potężne i predykcyjne narzędzie statystyczne, które będzie wykrywać wszelkie zakłócenia w procesie i je korygować. Z drugiej strony MSP ma na celu umocnienie podejścia Deminga: cyklu PDCA.
