1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.1:1 Sa pasimula nilikha ng Diyos ang langit at ang lupa.1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.1:2 At ang lupa ay walang anyo, at walang laman; at ang kadiliman ay nasa ibabaw ng kalaliman. At ang Espiritu ng Diyos ay kumilos sa ibabaw ng tubig.1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.1:3 At sinabi ng Dios, Magkaroon ng liwanag: at nagkaroon ng liwanag.1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.1:4 At nakita ng Dios ang liwanag, na ito ay mabuti: at inihiwalay ng Dios ang liwanag sa kadiliman.1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.1:5 At tinawag ng Dios ang liwanag na Araw, at ang kadiliman ay tinawag niyang Gabi. At ang gabi at ang umaga ay ang unang araw.
